You can’t find authentic Mexican cuisine in a cookbook. Real Mexican cooking is passed down from generation to generation; this is what you’ll find at Mexquite Mexican Eatery. We pride ourselves in making delicious meals that are fresh and full of flavor just like our Mexican ancestors made years ago. Using genuine mesquite wood chips, we infuse the meats with the smoky-sweet, distinctive taste of mesquite as each dish is grilled to perfection.
From the carnitas, the slow braised pork leg that has been a guarded family recipe for years, to our specialty, the customer favorite tortas, or Mexican sandwiches; we make everything from scratch each and every day. Plus, we’ll let you can add whatever fresh ingredients you want to your dish. We offer two kinds of rice, two kinds of beans, guacamole dip, cheese dip, and five different kinds of salsas ranging from mild to extra spicy. We also provide your choice of white or wheat flour on all offerings of breads and tortillas. And as an added bonus, you receive chips and your choice of salsa with every meal.
I personally invite you to come enjoy our warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Don’t have the time? No problem. We offer take out for those on the go. We even take special care in packaging your food to ensure it stays warm when you return home.
